Engineering Scope
The technical installation focused on rapid response and zone precision:
- Sprinkler System: A comprehensive design following NFPA 13 standards to provide automatic suppression and cooling.
- Addressable Detection: Implementation of an Addressable Fire Detection network, allowing first responders to identify the exact floor and zone of an alarm.
- Gas Safety: Integration of leak detection and automatic shut-off protocols for the LP Gas system to eliminate fuel-fed conflagration risks.
Handover & Verification
Handover procedures involved rigorous hydraulic pressure testing for the sprinkler mains to ensure structural integrity under maximum load.
